		<description>I was brought up in an atheistic household, and I decided to follow Buddhism.

There seemed to be something missing from my life, and I realized that the best solution would not be to find whatever was missing, but simply close the hole without having to go find something to fill it up with.

My parents are actually very supportive of my choice, and the only reason really that THEY didn&#039;t choose buddhism is because they simply do not have the time (they are very busy people).</description>

A person raised atheist becoming religious is far more rare than a raised religious person becoming an atheist for that reason.</description>
