i am a son of a parent to a teenager..
can answer or not?
my daughter is only allowed to go out when she is 18.. and thats that.. no amendments.. no matter what she says..or how save the place is or what meat they serve or anything..no way
it is not 1970′s – 1990′s… it is 2008 …
even a small 7 year old girl can be a **** victim..
dont talk abt full grown, shapely teenager…
yeap provided the school teachers r also with them there.
Umm..depends.
Dressing code?..beach party?..casual jeans?…evening formal attire?…depends.
If the outfit code is all about revealing..perhaps no.
If casual jeans and t..probably yes.
i will ask my daughter to measure the length of the soles of my feet to her face first. If ngam, can go lar.. if don’t ngam, measure my pelempang instead….
Seriously, this is the answer my teenage kids will get if they asked me. Will give it too to the host parent, if their child is about the same age as mine (13-16 you said..)
i don’t have a teenage kid but i feel that its ok if the parents send and pick them up. But dont make it a habit and also see that their studies are not neglected. Gud luck! But seriously if you ask me, if it was my kid i will not let him/her go…
I’m not a parents of teenagers but if I had one I definitely go with ayn. No party until 18.
i wouldn’t go….
it’s seems like a good social activity for friends but the pub seems bad….
heck! if their was something like that at our local pub, the kids might as well kiss their cans goodbye!
The people at our Pubs are brawny freaks!
It seems ok to me, and just this time! Make sure the kid understood that.
yeap..i’m with ‘neverthoughtmuch’…we never know what will happen..but i would definitely allowed them to go IF i’m there with them.

Yes, if I know the host’s parents and they are going to be there too. But I’d prefer to take my child home myself. Might even go to the extent of hanging around nearby restaurants so I can peek in on her!!!
That’s why now I’m trying to get to know her friends and her friends’ parents as well.
as a parent, you should know what is good and what is not for your kids.. if you cant distinguish between this two simple things, how on earth you become a parents???

Have a party somewhere else? Why does it have to be a bar? Is it because they what to start training then to get us to the bar?
I will not let my daughter to go out on her own…….must have someone adult and can be trust to accompany her…..And the party must have USTAZ in there hahahahahahahhaah
