Mine was mainly in college which is a little bit better than high school. It's dangerous to do in high school b/c you have kids who are driving so i dont support that, and they are too young and kind of act Just Plain Stupid while under the influence. Kids get away with it in many ways. I've been to parties where the parents are upstairs. They just dont assume anything so they dont think to go in the basement and check it out. The majority of educated and asstute parents wouldn't let their kids throw an alcohol party.
