How much weight should teenagers gain per year?

If I remember correctly, last year at age 14 she was 5′7” and 128 lbs. This year, at last doctor visit, she was 5′8” and 136 lbs. Is that good height and weight growth?

she is fine. but i gather her parents were quite tall since she is already 5′8″.
I’m from the UK and we do things in stone here but I just want you to know, I think you’re doing a really great thing taking her under your wing like this. The alternative would be a children’s home. Good on you for doing what you do for her. I hope she knows what an amazing aunty she has.

well she is still grwoing so it may even out but if she is a couch potatoe get her outside and active
