Driving.
Schoolwork/grades.
Independence from Parents and wanting to move out…fights over curfew and what college to go to. and graduation parties

keeping their room clean. LMAO
My mum being paranoid that I am going to turn into a pregnant, alcoholic druggy!
girls – pregnancy, drinking, school work, what they plan to do with their life now, boyfriends, keeping their room clean, drugs, sex, moving out, paying rent, working, sorting out contraception.
boys – girlfriend thats underage (im nearly 16 my boyfriend is 17 and his parents at first had a problem with the age difference but theyre ok with it now) theyre girlfriend being pregnant, work, college, school, keeping theyre room clean, moving out, drinking, drugs,
Well im almost 17..and i know the conflicts i have with my mother (I dont live with my Dad) will carry on to 17 and 18. They are..
Curfew- I dont want to come home when she wants me to.
Idk how to work this out. Come to a compromise?
Friends- She thinks some of my friends are bad influences and dousnt want me to hang around with them.
if she can prove how they are bad.. THEN stop hanging with them.
Sleeping out- She doesn’t let me sleep out unless she knows the person. Especialy NO boys houses.
Agree to let her meet/ring the parents of every1s house i want to sleep at?
Alcohol- I drink more than i should, and she doesn’t like it.
Stop drinking unless special ocasions. (That wont work!)
Punishment- I don’t agree with her when she tries to ground me, so she can’t really punish me, as i rebel or moan.
Agree to her rules?
Food- I eat all the food she buys. (Not that im fat..i just like to eat lol)
Only eat my main meals and say 1 snack a day?
Chores- I dont do nothing hardly. She thinks i should.
Write up a chore time-table?
Money- I want her to give me money for doing nothing, she does not! Lol.
Get the money for above chores!
Dont spend enough time with her- Im always with my friends or upstairs on here!
Have a day a week to spend together.

best way to deal with it is to compromise, but many parents will draw a firm line and not budge. then you’ll either have to accept it, or do it secretly, which i think is what happens normally…
