I always thought it was 16, but recently somone said they think it was lowerd.
How old does an Australian adolescent have to be before they can decide where they live?
For example; if their parents are divorced, and they are at the legal age to choose whether they live with their mother or father, instead of them having a trail in court to decide who gets custofy.
