one word: horomones
they’re all over you controlling everything you do. they’re raging throughout you wheither you like it or not. they’re there. they, in cases, make you much more emotional, cause things like acne & more sweat, ur sleep pattern may b thrown off & u will sleep longer because you are growing. everything is thrown off being a teen. trust me. im going through it. this makes things seem way more harsh which, makes you off course more emotional. wat in fact r little things will seem to be the most important thing in the world to you. so just don’t worry about it. it’ll pass. just try to control your temper and you’ll be fine.

that part of the brain is not fully developed until about age 25 so it is just growing pains but knowing this does not make it easier on teens or parents…you’ll grow out of it and at least you recognize the difference and can make a conscious effort to control your emotions a bit

more hormones surging thru the body. b/c us teens u know are maturing so there is an influx of hormones…plus we might also think that parents arent treating us like they should.

it is your hormones from the stage of puberty your body produces more hormones which will make you more rebelious. I am 16 and i have had a few fights with my parents but it is perfectly normal

Hormones. You’ll be okay. Later in life you’ll look back on things and wonder why you ever got upset over that. Good luck.
