My 17 year old daughter says she is grown and doesnt have to abide by her mothers rules. She skips school and her mother cannot legally make our daughter come home according to police. How is the parent still held liable to the school if there is no way to make a 17 year old follow the rules? The mother faces punishment if the daughter misses school. This is in the state of Georgia. Our daughter lives or is supposed to live with her mother.

and then i create ONE STANDARD FOR GIRLS.
Its as simple as that its only two standards one for each sex so how is that a double standard??
